The linen towels were worn out. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow. The TV wasn't smart. The phone courtesy service was rude. Great location. Rooftop pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient and the surroundings are beautiful, especially the views. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were well taken care of. It felt like a relaxing and easy stay from start to finish.

The security guard just sat there, not helping us check out. The front desk staff never smiled and seemed rather indifferent. The food was mediocre, and at that price, breakfast wasn't very appealing.

The staff always greets you in a friendly manner. When there's a problem, they respond quickly.

The receptionists are friendly, always smiling, and greet you every time you pass by. The breakfast is delicious. You can also request a hairdryer. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and quiet. Hopefully, this will continue to be consistent. The only thing that needs improvement is the AC and shower, and the animal odor on the first floor near the fountain where breakfast/dining is served.
