I had a room on the top floor. For my next visit, I would choose a room on the ground floor because it's closer to the garden, making it more comfortable after returning from a long day. The air conditioning in my room also leaked, so it was repaired, and thankfully, it didn't leak the next day. The hotel's location is excellent, the swimming pool is large, the garden is beautiful, and the entire hotel staff is very friendly. The bellboy was very helpful, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the security guard at the front desk was also very friendly. However, the breakfast experience could still be improved. The menu choices were quite limited and the taste of the food was less than impressive. It would be more interesting to add Balinese specialties, such as Balinese porridge and various Balinese snacks, to provide a more authentic culinary experience. Furthermore, the service from some of the staff in the restaurant area during breakfast was less than friendly, especially to local guests. Hopefully, this can be used as input to improve the quality of service in the future.

One of the most worthwhile hotels in the Sanur area. It's right on Sindhu Beach and boasts a beach club-style cafe called Byrd House, which is incredibly cool and serves delicious food. The staff are friendly, the gardens are beautiful and spacious, there are three swimming pools, it's kid-friendly, and it's strategically located close to everything, including Icon Mall. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

It's nice to walk around the beach... Close to Men Weti, Mak Beng, and Icon... Sitting in the gazebo and enjoying gelato is also fun.

The room is comfy. The area is wide and relaxing. Definitely gonna come back again.

A quiet and beautiful place to spend holidays with children and family.

For me, Segara is one of the nicest places to stay in the Sanur area. The garden is awesome, the food is fresh and nice.

I spent a wonderful 3 days back at the hotel. I love the location, the food was delicious, service was amazing, especially from the waitress, Agustina. My bungalow was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I have stayed here many times before and will be returning again for sure.

We always love to stay at Segara Village. The rooms are large and comfortable and it 's a great place for kids with the swimming pools and Byrd House playground. And located right on the beach! The staff were super lovely and Nyoman who looked after our bags was incredibly friendly and helpful as was the lovely lady at check in. Thanks for another memorable stay.

Room electricity went out, reported to the receptionist he said the panel was submerged in water, I asked a local employee, it's normal when it rains the panel is submerged in water. So. This means that it is considered normal.

The hotel is great-location, room, facility-all very nice. Room (and bed) is big enough for us (family with 2 kids). Pool is superb. Breakfast is quite vary. The hotel area is big, surrounding with trees, very calm and relaxing. Definitely will come back again.

I did not expect that Segara village is really beautiful! The pool is big, their garden also big with squirrels, lots of birds, and turkey. Their breakfast options also varies. The room was better than I expected, it is quite spacious as well.

The resort is strategic, a 15 minute walk along the beach can arrive at Mak Beng and the surrounding restaurants. Also not far from the fast boat crossing to Nusa Penida.

Room prices are not in accordance with room facilities, mattresses, sheets, pillows … Cleanliness …. I will not return to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, the environment is beautiful, there are many facilities for activities with children, or just enjoying the beach. Highly recommended!

Me & my husband stay in Segare village hotel for 2 nights. The room is clean and neat. It's close to the beach. We can jogging around. It's very nice place with many playground for children, next time we'll stay here again with whole family.
