Overall we liked the property. It depends what you're actually looking for. If you have kids , its perfect. We don't so we found the noise level to be very high. When we booked the reservation we expected to be choosing a location that was Adult only. The building was a 3 or 4 storey building. Not so. The one they put us in was a 6 storey building and full of kids. I have kids but not on this vacation. We needed to get away from kids. I went to the front desk to see if there had been a mistake and perhaps they had put us in the wrong building. When I mentioned this to the receptionist , she was polite but dismissive. There were 2 women tending to my concern. I mentioned to them we purposely reserved the suite thinking it was an Adult only building. As I was there they would speak in in Spanish . I knew my Ask was not making them happy and perhaps it was because they thought I hated kids. Not the case. We were just looking for quiet or close to it. I politely asked them to please speak in English so that I could understand what they were saying. I had heard them peak english earlier. They both looked at me and continued. I again asked them to speak english but they refused and continued again. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere . We kept the same room and just powered on but I would never stay there again. Other than that the place is very clean and the location is very good.
