Close to the cathedral shops and the quayside

Came for business, professional exams and needed a good rest and a quiet room. This was my second time I stayed in the hotel, wasn't very busy got an " upgrade" to a double room/bathtub but had to pay for it , with no discount... Carpark is handy but anyone can walk in from the street and I was woken up by drunk noise ppl in the very early hours.Beds comfortable, the staff is helpful

Bedroom was warm and welcoming. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but still fairly comfortable. Overall, it was good value I feel. Came out thinking, "Yes that was alright".

Nice stay. Clean room. Great location. Beautiful restaurant..good food at reasonable price. However, since we had a few minor issues with our room, and since we were booked for 4 nights, we asked for another room. It was apparently impossible because of the reservation system even though it was at the beginning of the week and the hotel was practically empty. Not rude but indifferent.

Plenty of room & comfortable bed. All the amenities you’d need. Helpful staff.

Room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The bath is incredible, the stay is worth it just for that!

Get hotel, parking ideal

Nice room, comfortable bed, though the bathroom needed a revamp as white shower tiles very bleak ( mildew, quite black )which put me off using. Good bar plus good breakfast. Great parking overall good value. Would book again.

Reception staff outstanding. Rooms have all amenities and are spotless. Had a magnificent stay.

No platinum upgrades or anything given. Room extremely small. Shower didnt drain properly.
