The room I was given wasn't what I had chosen. It was dirty, uncomfortable, the parking wasn't clear, and the door was difficult to open and closed by itself. For that price, this hotel was very, very disappointing.

Starting from the staff at the entrance, they are very friendly and polite. The receptionist is kind and friendly. The hotel environment is clean, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, with a wide selection. The price is very affordable. Access to shopping and access to the airport is only less than 50 minutes. Departing to the airport is not too rushed because it leaves 1.5 hours for the airport, God willing, you will arrive at a safe point as long as there is no total traffic jam. I myself very often and enjoy staying at fave hotels. If you want to shop, it's downstairs, if you want to eat, just go downstairs, there are many choices, if you want souvenirs, just go downstairs, if you want to buy luggage, just go downstairs. There is no accommodation fee. In my opinion, it is highly recommended for those who want to stop by and shop, especially those from outside the city of East, Central, or West Java, please try fave hotel Cilitan. Wholesale center for those in the trading business.
