Booking a hotel on the spot was incredibly easy. Two hours into the trip, it was automatically booked. Check-in at 9:30 PM was still easy, and the hotel staff was very welcoming. The mall is very close, just a few steps away. However, there's no children's pool. The Margonda area has a fun CFD event on Sundays, and the view from the top of the building is breathtaking. There are no cars passing in one direction.

For the staff from the security guard to the receptionist, the service is really good, friendly, speaks clearly without rambling. The facilities provided ranging from sports equipment, member parking, the clean swimming pool are very much liked. Only there are some tiles that are patched so it is a bit uncomfortable when swimming and walking in the pool. Well, for the room, it is actually lacking in the smart TV section which cannot be connected to Netflix and YouTube, then the room telephone section does not function properly to be used to call the office or other parts (there is no sound from the phone). But it is highly recommended for those who want to stay in a strategic area of Depok city with easy access but already includes sports facilities 👍

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the lobby requires access from the first floor, which can lead to an unpleasant odor while waiting for the elevator. The rooms are not very soundproof, as people walking around and talking can be heard clearly.

The bathroom was too cramped, especially the shower area. It was very uncomfortable to shower, as the curtain would cling to and wrap around your body due to the small size of the shower area. I found a small cockroach crawling on the table under the TV. Overall, this hotel is suitable for business trips.

Check-in was at 12 midnight. I'd requested a non-smoking room, but it was full. I'd asked for two non-smoking beds, and they'd give me one. I'd moved to another room when I was tired and sleepy. Then I moved, and the lock from the inside wouldn't work either.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Santika Depok, starting with the speedy check-in process and being offered a free room upgrade due to unavailability. This was a very thoughtful and helpful gesture. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I will definitely return to Hotel Santika Depok.
