The lobby staff was very helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with excellent presentation and service, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was nutritious and enjoyable, with a wide variety of proteins, vegetables, and desserts.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the China Visa Center, a 10-minute walk away. The room was comfortable, especially the pillows. Thank you, it was a pleasure staying here.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the hotel smelled wonderful and was clean, and the breakfast was varied, with a different menu every day during our three-day stay. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient.

The AC in room 209 was so bad. It wasn't even cold even though the AC had been turned on to cool down the room, but it wasn't even close to being cold. The bed also wasn't comfortable. I hope the hotel manager fixes the AC, so in the future it won't happen to someone else. Thank you.
