The room is nice and comfortable, just please fix the water heater because there is no hot water 🙃

If possible, use the toilet washer on the 2nd floor.

Room is a bit small (moderate) but next time I'll try Deluxe. Everything is good. Breakfast is a nice menu.

You can try staying here again, strategic location

The location is ok, close to everywhere, easy to find Grab, across the street there is a food court, easy to find food. There is also an elevator. The room is ok, the bathroom is ok, but yesterday I got a room where the AC was not too cold and often turned off by itself. But so far ok, recommended.

The receptionist and all the employees are the best. They are also friendly. As soon as you enter the room, it's really clean and smells good😍😍there are lots of pillows😍. The bathroom is clean, the bathtub is also big🥰. The view from the room is directly to Nagoya Foodcourt. All the best. I don't even know what's lacking haha. Keep it up like this🤩. Next time I go to Batam, I'll come here again😊

Even though I had upgraded the room, I planned to stay for 3 days, or return to stay at this hotel, but it didn't happen, because of the treatment/attitude of the hotel biz service, it was better to move to the De Viena hotel, which was friendlier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. In conclusion, I regret ever staying at this hotel.
