The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities were functional enough for a quick break after a long day of activities. The atmosphere was calm and conducive. Standard hotel amenities were well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have time to try the food at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were quick. The room's cleanliness and soft mattress were a plus. The price was affordable and commensurate with the amenities and comfort provided. The location is strategic, close to the hotel, and easily accessible.

We stay here almost once a year. We used to stay in one room, but now we've booked two rooms since the kids are older. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the room service is excellent, and it's close to everything. Next year, we'll book two more rooms at a budget-friendly price.

I stayed in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights, but on the third day I found this hotel, and I immediately fell in love. The hotel is clean and comfortable, adjacent to a minimarket and bakery. Morning and night outside the hotel there are many delicious food vendors. The check-in and check-out process is fast, without any hassle, the staff is very friendly. Usually when we stay there, there is bottled water available, but here it is not, but drinking water is provided in the hotel corridor. I understand because the hotel supports the program to reduce plastic waste, which is good in my opinion. Other than that, everything is very good. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. If I go to Jakarta again, I want to stay here again 😍

A budget-friendly hotel, but not cheap. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the location is strategically located, close to the TJ Mangga Dua bus stop, Jayakarta station, Mangga Dua Mall, the morning market, and the ITC. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors from morning until night, and at night, there are many vendors selling clothes, bags, shoes, sandals, and more, making the area even more lively. Overall, a stay at this hotel is highly recommended.

The phone in room 201 didn't work. Upon arrival, towels weren't provided, making contact with customer service difficult. Finally, my husband took the initiative to look downstairs, but it was a bit of a hassle.
