Room is spacious. However, bath towels need to be replaced. Deteriorating condition. The mattress/bed is also suggested to be really looked into for necessary ' rehabilitation ' in order to ensure that could sleep comfortably. Otherwise, generally the room is acceptable to stay for short stint traveller.

Very mouldy smell in the room, hot water shower only works at night, morning time don't have hot water for shower. TV not working as well:(toilet looks mouldy too.

The aircond is not cold, I want to call the operator and ask for it, but I can't get it either.

The room looked exactly as the picture. Spacious, comfy and the bathroom was so clean and amazing. Have jacuzzi in the bathroom. Gonna stay here again

Room very small for the triple room

Super noisy at night. Next to a pub that open til dawn hours. Room spacious but not well maintained

From the check in process to the check out process, everything went smoothly without any unnecessary delays. The rooms might not be as visually appealing as a 4 star hotel room however the cleanliness is on par with a 5 star hotel. Surrounding the hotel was restaurants and cafes, with a mall just minutes away, so we didn’t have to worry about what to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Overall our stay was most pleasant and we would definitely stay here the next time we are in Johor Bahru.

Very convenient location but moslem food is difficult.

There's water on the floor and make one of us slipped. The staff doest say sorry for it. Good receptionist but bad cleaners.

Chinese community, not so suitable for malay

Clean budget hotel at a very convenient location with a lot of nice restaurants around. Close to shopping mall as well.

Overall the hotel is ok, spacious room for family. The only setback is very difficult to find Muslim food nearby.
