Loved the location and the view overlooking the ocean and the daily sunset. It was roomy and included a washer and dryer. The staff was excellent. What I found uniquely appealing about this hotel is how it felt like walking into a 1990s time capsule. The decor, furniture, appliances and the chandelier with lights that you can dim and brighten using a sliding switch. Loved it!

Frankly, the room was wonderfully like a full-sized apartment, a home away from home. The hotel is certainly in an excellent location just off the beach and the main road that leads to many nice places to eat and shop. The surroundings are very walkable, but, given the Guam heat, taking a vehicle is highly recommended. This is a perfect spot for families and folks seeking to save money on food because there is a full kitchen with dishes and cookware. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living room is quite acceptable in size, but the toilet room is tiny enough to require careful maneuvering to get in and out. The shower room is separate with plenty of drawer space. Having a washer and dryer really saved money and made laundry easy. I would definitely consider staying there in the future, especially on stays longer than one week. The only meaningful change would be to have blackout curtains replace the low quality blinds. Lastly, the hotel was gracious enough to refund my unused days as I had to checkout early. Have already recommended it to family.

At first the AC wasn’t really working in the living room. So I had advised front desk, they were so sincere enough to give us another penthouse without extra charge. Very beautiful and clean. I’d come back again.

We were upgraded to the main building since the typhoon was going to hit 2 days after arriving. Hotel had a generator and only lost power a few time but it came back on. Staff was available the whole time. the convenience store was open almost every day for food when the island was locked down. Rooms were clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook. Would stay again

The room was dusty, doors were chipped. The entire room was outdated and falling apart. Housekeeping only comes every other day. So, trash won't be picked up daily and trash bags won't be available. The pool floor is rough and tears your skin. Unable to use the tubs and jacuzzi was out of order.

Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!

The pool area was taken by groups and the hotel didn’t really manage control of the area for any other guests.

Bathrooms were dingy amd nasty, drains full of gunk, grime in the toilet amd tub. Doors were old and broken and falling off the hinges. Shelves and drawers were broken and uneven. Air conditioner broke, had to use a fan, didnt help. Pool was old and gross. Hot tub was out of order. Staff was nice though.

Good place

The pictures of this property are at least 20 years old, same furniture in rooms and prob not cleaned In All the years. Place not as advertised, not a good value for the money. However the staff was wonderful, attentive and did not give us a hard time when we told them we were switching hotels.

Found cockroaches and dirty floors when we arrived and lobby too hot and only one working elevator gotta wait a long while when it’s busy. Place is run down and needs a renovation.

Room condition is old, but if you like quietness and avoid crowd, this is a good place to stay. I guess this is not the place for family vocation.

Aside from the bird poo in the parking lot and limited parking, I had a GREAT time and the workers were able to fix my booking issue so easily.

Saw 2 cockroaches while there, shower is luke warm, only one elevator works and then you have to go thru the pool to get to the old building. they lock you in at night and you cannot open the door from the inside, I almost called the fire department to report this. Rust stain bath tub where the shower curtain wont stay up. People there are nice and realize they work at a dump. Nice on site store open from 9 to 9 and a good beach. No way is it worth the pricet. would sleep in my car before going back there.

I loved how the room was private from the rest of the hotel
