We had to wait over an hour before our room was ready after check in time, and the room wasnt even that clean. Just underwhelming...

We stayed during typhoon Bavi and the staff was amazing!!

Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive Thai restaurant. Hotel had limited parking which was used by staff and taxis. Taxis company had more cars in the garage than slots already reserved. Staff should use the large parking garage at the Dusit Thani next door. Though improvements could be made, overall a positive experience and the King Suite Front Beach is an outstanding room and great view. Definitely, worth staying there again.

This is my second stay here. Check-in and out was very quick and pleasant with no drama or delays. Thank you for that! Things have slowly improved. Bathroom still needs much work: poor paint splatter on the fixtures and paint borders are messy/sloppy, wallpaper is peeling and bubbling, bidet and exhaust fan were both not working, the top of the flat top shower fixture was very dusty (maybe need taller staff to clean) and made me sneeze several times. The liquid shower amenities were not clearly marked and the fixtures holding them together are junky and corroding with white residue. The room itself was very clean and comfortable...great job. Parking is always tight, but thankfully free. Now, the entire staff was truly excellent. Ms. Amalia from Aqua remembered my guests and me. She treated us like royalty. Soi staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Great food there. Loved The Grind staff...so friendly and welcoming and always smiling! That's the secret: make everyone feel welcome and important, no matter if they are local, military, Asian tourists or the odd visitor. The live music in the lobby was fantastic with locals and visitors feeling welcome to dance and enjoy the place. I danced by myself and everyone was so happy. The Saturday live band on 7.11.26 made sure all types of good music was offered. Excellent band. Keep this going alive and festive, Dusit, and you will always have many customers returning. I know I will be back soon for another staycation.

Not a great breakfast.

Ww were staying at Dusit Beach Tower. The Presidential room is disgusting. Old model frim their carpert are gross, linking roof all 3 bathroom are disgusting so old. We can't last an hour, i have ti throw up because of the smell.The manager are nice its just their facility are gross. Employees are not helpful. They have no customer service at all. The minute we arrive we have 3 large luggage there is 2 guys from the valet, they're standing and watch us to unload our luggages they didnt even offer a cart. Rude service

Good place and location but the property start showing the age, club lounge disappointing as food selection and quality is poor especially for breakfast, Great view from the balcony and good feature can use Dusit Thani resort pool, much newer and luxury property

Great location and views!

This stay was disappointing and expected a clean room, the sliding door glass was full of swipe marks possibly by using a dirty cloth and not wiping it dry, same goes with the glass panels on the balcony railing (same situation). We had to rooms, the other only had 1 chair in the balcony while the other had 2 with a side table. Worse was the drapes, they couldn’t open or close and was told the engineer dept was going to fix it but never showed up. Breakfast buffet offering were mediocre, didn’t feel I got value for the money spent during this stay.

As expected for a 4-5 star hotel.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so beautiful and looked very clean. Incredible breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. My main concern was the smell and very loud music. The majority of the hotel smells very strongly of men's cologne. The smell is overwhelming and it is everywhere except for the room. The live music gets extremely loud in the evening. It felt like we were walking into a night club if we came through the lobby late in the day. The loud music and obnoxious smell make it hard to feel relaxed or welcome. The pool is beautiful and even has waterfalls. The beach is incredibly close and the water is crystal clear. You can snorkel right off the beach right there in front of the hotel and see gorgeous fish. We loved everything about staying here except the smell and the noise.

Room was in need of some TLC with some things not working. Staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, so all round was a great choice but some updates would be good

This was my first stay at this Dusit Thani location. Staff and facilities were quite good. Some room details were dismal. Whoever painted the bathroom should be reprimanded. There splatter marks all over the mirror that was mounted over the sink and in other areas. The boundary between the wall tiles behind the bathroom sink mirror and the existing wall was very messy and noticeable. It does seem that the painter was either very inexperienced or inebriated, or both. The left side window shade in the living room was damaged and torn. Although it performed marginally (it rolled up crooked and was noisy) it definitely needs replacement. Electrical outlets were hidden by the mattress. I didn't find them until two hours prior to check-out. I spent two days at this hotel. The hand-held shower in the bathtub did not work, but the main shower head was fine. I really hope our visitors are treated to better than this. They will notice, but will not say anything because of their cultural norms. Guam hotels can do so much better if many of the room details are rectified. Satisfied customers will come back for repeat business and recommend this place to others. We can do this. It just takes the will, resolve and effort to make it happen. My experience at the Aqua Restaurant was exceedingly satisfying. Ms. Amalia, my server, remembered my name, even though I had not seen her in over a year. Her service was on-point and her demeanor was exquisite. Come on, Dusit Thani, you can do it!

I love this unique property, such an amazing clean place, the staff's best customer service, definitely coming back again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Rooms spacious. Kids enjoyed the pools and waterslide.

The front desk associate who assisted me during check-in was truly one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been helped by her. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name because I was rushing to prepare the room for a surprise birthday celebration, so everything was a bit hectic at the time. Despite the rush, she made my entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Many people do not realize how much front desk agents handle on a daily basis, yet she still provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed to the hotel. I plan to stop by again and give her a small token of appreciation because she truly deserves recognition for how wonderful she was. Kudos to her for doing such an amazing job Dusit Beach Resort is very lucky to have someone like her on their team.

Overall we had a good stay. We came right after a typhoon but you can tell the staff did their best to get everything running as best they could.

The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced.
