Location is superb! Just walk straight from Abdullah Hukum LRT link bridge to eco city all the way to The Gardens mall and finally to Mid Valley Cititel hotel in less than 10mins walk. Fast check-in and hassle-free express check-out. Superior room size is slightly small and may have a little issue for opening 2 luggage on the floor. Deluxe room size is bigger and just nice for 2 pax. Shower head water pressure is excellent, shower gel, handwash and shampoo are provided by default. Overall is an excellent hotel at this price range with strategic location near to LRT, KTM station, just a few stops away from the city center.

Conveniently located in Mid Valley. The parking area is very near but usually full. Spent much time shopping in the mall. The room is quite small but very cozy. Clean bathroom and soundproof.

Overall, this hotel is good. I only rested at this hotel for 6 hours.

It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

The staffs are very helpful, location-wise is great due to the proximity to Midvalley mall.

As always, my best part of the trip is staying at Cititel, best location, best shopping mall access, and good hotel comfort. No deposit, no tourist tax, plus check out is seamless without waiting so long... just drop the access keys in the box and you are good to go.
