New lane food stalls are right outside. There's also a massage shop opposite the hotel to go to after a tired day of walking. Ample parking space. Mobile internet in the room isn't good, but there is free Wi-Fi.

All the staff at HTL are very friendly, especially the security, who always greet us and when we leave the hotel, there are already many people selling food and snacks until the evening and if we are tired, there is also a reflexology place.

A pleasant 2 nights stay in Sunway. Only 30 minutes away from the airport, easy to check in and out, helpful staffs, spacious, clean and well-equipped room. Also walking distance to the culinary area, pharmacy, and mini mart.

As usual, we always stay at Sunway Hotel Georgetown every time we visit Penang. Strategic location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel room are some of the things we consider. The service staff is also very good.

The check-in process was quite fast, even at 12 noon the room was ready and I could immediately enter. Maybe because I came after the holiday season, so the hotel was not too crowded. The staff was also quite helpful.
The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, starting from street food, the top, malls, all can be reached on foot.
My room was on the 7th floor, the room and bathroom were quite clean. The bathroom equipment was also complete.

Its a good experience clean room etc. But 3pm check in time was not something that we sign up for it should be earlier. No idea if that 's nationwide policy or just sunway policy.
