When I checked in, they said my order hadn't arrived yet. This was my first time experiencing something like that. I booked via the app, but I don't know if it was true or just an excuse. The room wasn't ready. When I entered, the floor was dirty, as if it hadn't been mopped, and there were lots of grime. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty and dull. The white curtains were also dirty. The phone was dusty, and the tissue holder was also caked with dust; it had definitely never been cleaned. The TV remote didn't work, so I had to change channels on my phone because the phone wouldn't answer. The hotel hallway smelled, but when it was cleaned in the morning, the smell lessened considerably. The swimming pool wasn't very clean, but it was good for kids. The important thing was to rinse it clean. And what was even more surprising was the electric kettle; it wasn't used for cooking instant noodles. The cleanliness was really lacking, or maybe there weren't enough staff.
The plus side was the refillable drinking water, the proximity to everything, and there was a donut shop inside the hotel.
Please improve the cleanliness, it's a shame that the hotel is actually good, strategically located, but if it's not clean and comfortable, I won't want to come back and I can't recommend it to friends and relatives who are looking for accommodation in Tangerang.
