We had a lovely stay, room was great, food very good a d spa was an added bonus. Would visit again

Brilliant stay as always

Some renovation work going on but didn’t impact the stay at all. Lovely spot, nice spa, friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant in the evening was only so so. Nothing bad per se, just very average quality. Similarly, the breakfast was plentiful but the cooked food was dry and cold. Nice room and bathroom, well equipped and comfortable beds.

Lovely place, great breakfast

Had a great stay, was actually really impressed. The price (midweek) was good, so I tried here for the first time. I ate in the bar, which was good, and used the spa, which was really really good (and a completely unexpected perk for the price I paid). So superb. Location is good too, next to a big park and v quiet. I'll be back as staying near Bradford a lot due to long term work....

Fantastic location with a beautiful park nearby, but the amenities in the room fall short of standard in this day and age. TV not working, room too hot with no aircon, bedside lamp not working, no sockets in bathroom for shaving and no shower cap. Disappointed with the room but park nearby compensated somewhat.

Welcome at reception was faultless. Going into room and it was roasting. Windows were already open, thankfully there was a fan in the room. Toilet was caked in urine underneath the lid, disgusting. Tv didn't work at all, wouldn't even turn on. Was also kept awake all night by drunken screaming from inside the halls and outside my windows. Breakfast was good.

The staff on reception were lovely. Sadly the room stank of smoke and tops had not been cleaned. We tolerated the smell because we needed a nap after a lonj journey. I left my phone on the side charging and when I woke it was stuck to the top of the bedside cupboard. I put the light on and there were class rim marks and other stains that had now been cleaned. A member of staff came and cleaned the top,but it felt like the room needed a proper clean. It's a shame as we had stayed in the executive sweet before and it was good. We were not offered a different room and were too tired to move to other accommodation, so we sufferrred the smell of nicotine during our overnight stay. The breakfast was amazing and again staff friendly.

I had a great stay , Rhe welcome from then staff and then the spa staff and restaurant staff were fantastic and so helpful, thanks so much . The spa has lots to choose from and the gym although small had everything you need . The food was delicious and lots of it and the restaurant is clean and light . my room was in character with then hotel , tasteful and clean , it was warm but the weathers been very hot so what I expected.

The breakfast was honestly the only good thing about the stay as it was delicious, staff was also kind. The bathroom sides were grimly and mouldy the shower wouldn't turn to medium heat just hot no shower curtain or long enough glass so water went everywhere. It was absolutely boiling no air conditioning. The carpet was so old it felt musty. The hotel needs a revamp!

Great breakfast and staff.

Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.

Room I stayed in was a little tired and was in need of a little TLC. It had everything you needed in it was fine for my short stay. Hotel was easy to find off the motorway and was set in a nice peaceful location.

Spa staff were extremely rude and nonchalant. I would say borderline discriminatory against a specific ethnic group when comparisons we're made pertaining to treatment & service to others We stayed for two nights and would not recommend anyone staying here. The only consolation was restaurant staff who we're brilliant.

The spa is nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean.

Some cheaper rooms dark & noisy but others bright & airy. Reception staff very helpful & supportive throughout. Bazaar Spa enjoyable & nice treatments
