Extremely convenient location with a very kind host. The breakfast was lovingly and personally made, though there wasn't much choice, compared to most B&Bs or hotel breakfasts. The "mini-bar" in the room is a bit misleading, since it's only filled with bottled water, but the bottled water was a nice touch since the room is not air conditioned and can become hot in hot weather.

Very nice rooms at a great location. Very awkward and weird reception by the host. Something about a double booking that would apparently be our fault. Therefore pushing us to leave earlier than the stated checkout time. Breakfast was good though.

The landlady was surprised by my arrival at 2115, however she was pleasant. The room was in the attic, a nice big room with shower and loo in the room. It's a quiet location. Breakfast is at a common table with other guests.

Great stay! The place is just as in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable.

If you are able to book one of Gina’s two rooms you are in for a treat! She is warm, helpful, and a very good cook. Her homemade breakfast are excellent. Gina checked with me each day about what time I wanted breakfast the next day and was very accommodating to my schedule. My room was spotlessly clean and everything was in good working order. Both of the rooms are up two flights of stairs at the attic level. There are three big windows and a fan so even though it was quite warm during the day while I was staying (high 20’s C/low 80’s F) it was easy to cool off the room in the evening. There are many restaurants, bars, and attractions within easy walking distance. The only reasons I could think of that you might not want to stay here would be the stairs and that Gina uses a scented laundry detergent for the towels and sheets that might bother someone sensitive to fragrance.

The room and breakfast were very good, but we had some issues for the check in and out. On the website, it says check in after 12, while the room was ready at 14.30. For the check-out, it says after 10.30 but it was asked to leave at 9.30..

The house is beautiful and the host is lovely and really helpful.

I highly recommend this traditional B&B across from the beautiful Grrot B egijnhof. Gina is a lovely and attentive hostess, offering a full breakfast. The room was spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet.

The BnB keeper was lovely and made us a delicious breakfast. The beds were comfortable. It was very close to where we needed to go. Easy to get to by bus.

Lovely old interesting building, Gina is a lovely hostess. Fabulous breakfast. The shower & loo are separated from the bedroom by a curtain/material screen. This was fine for us.

Ran my an old woman Gina. It the loft in a home. Love the room. Can see the church from my bed. If you expect everything, this is not your place. If you’re an inner personal person. You will have a wonderful cup of tea with her and her dog Moi.

The owner of the property is delightful and provides breakfast each morning and cleans up the room each day. Located closely to KU Leuven. Quite, clean, and easy walking to the city center and university.

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke gastvrouw, vriendelijk ontvangst. Parkeren (in openbare parkeergarage) op loopafstand. Op kwartiertje lopen van de Grote Markt. Ook ideaal voor een wedstrijdbezoek aan OH Leuven.

Vriendelijke en zorgzame gastvrouw, mooie locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, kamer met alle comfort. Kortom, een aanrader.
