Breakfast; Clean room; Staff

Very good overall. Great location and facilities, including breakfast, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour front desk. The only two downsides were that check-in is quite late and early check-in cannot be reserved, and the shampoo provided was not very good.

Check-in was easy and the rooms were as described. The common areas and amenities were abundant and well-maintained. Internet was fast and reliable. The main drawback is the lack of sufficient lighting and convenient power outlets in the rooms. The blinds were not blackout.

Great location. Great breakfast. Room was okay but lacked some basics like a kettle & a TV if you wanted to watch anything later in the evening. Great staff - the best.

The staff were very polite and the room was very cleaned. I also liked the gym to work out during my short visit.

My only recommendation to people staying is to bring a hairdryer! I didn’t look at the amenities and made the mistake of assuming there would be one, totally on me and nothing to do with the place. The breakfast was great, the employees were great, the location was walkable to almost everything!

Good basic accommodation at a good price in a great location. Complimentary buffet style breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were friendly. My only complaint was no TV in the room. Had to make do with my smartphone.

Good for the night

Great for the price but not a lot of amenities, besides the breakfast. Rooms are quite cramped and there was practically no air conditioning. Staff were great though, I would stay there again

Amazing and very comfortable bed. Clean. Wish there were more in the room. Kleenex, mini fridge. You literally have to get everything except towels if you need more It was perfect for a 5 day conference

This day was actually better than staying at a hotel, the staff was nice, it was clean and breakfast was great. Who would have thought that you can have accommodations at a University residence? Will definitely be staying at this location again at some point when visiting Montreal. Have told all my friends about it.

The rooms were clean and had everything one would have at a hotel except a hair dryer. The front desk is actually not at the front, you have to go through security first. They give one voucher for a free breakfast and the set up/food is very nice. Parking is not even related to this facility and keep in mind, you will have to pay for it. They cannot help you in regards to parking because it is not affiliated. Overall, great for the price.

The staff were kind and the location is great.

Tiny rooms with a college dorm bed. Be prepared to sleep on a hard mattress, with scratchy sheets.

It should at least have a fridge, it also has no TV, no fan.

Great location for good price. AC is very minimal though so prepare if you're going in the summer.

The room was great for my adult daughter and me, we had our private space and had everything we needed.
