The Hotel was good but not worth the money being charged. We went to the game room and it had not been cleaned at all. Since we were 4 people we asked for extra towels that were not delivered for a full day and I had to go catch the house keeping staff myself and ask for the towels. There was only one toilet paper roll provided and no backups. The hotel and its faclities are built well but the current managerial staff is not good.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay

There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. Thanks to Deizy for a smooth check in despite the maintenance issues. We recommend this hotel but be mindful of the challenges in Len , especially during winter.

This is the most tranquil hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. From the calming music on the lower floor to the super-chill staff and the saffron tea. The elevators with a mountain view on the far side, the corridors, everything. It’s all very relaxing. The room is well appointed, great views and a high-tech tv if that’s something you’re looking for. A comfy chair and a delightful bathroom.

Indus Valley is over rated and expensive property. The only positive is location near to Leh main market. Food is super expensive but there are multiple restaurants like Tibetan Kitchen and Chopsticks noodle bar nearby
