My Points

Friendly and courteous staff. Poor cleanliness. It is an Old facility that needs upgrades. 

Staff are good and courteous however they need training to handle international guests.  The biggest problem was that there was rattling noise from above the room throughout the night.  We could not sleep.  Called the Front desk but the staff seemed helpless .  Food was excellent and easily exceeded my expectations.

Pictures were deceiving. The bathrooms were NOT clean and hygienic. 

The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.
