Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond, and the property is beautiful! We booked a room with a canal view and so glad we did! The concierge booked a private water taxi for us to get to the airport - one of the highlights of the trip! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon!

Hotel is new, very nice, room is spacious. It is 5 minutes away from the train station, don’t need to take a taxi. Around the hotel is very quiet and safe. The staff is amazing

The location is right around the corner from train station, right in front of canal and walking distance to shopping. The service in hotel is impeccable and very safe and honest staff. Luigi the supervisor is very nice and accommodating

Beautiful hotel, a nice distance away from the crowds of St. Marks. Nice staff, with a special shout out to manager Gianluigi who resolved a hefty additional surchage fee due to my booking error. My room was huge, facing the canal, breakfast buffet was great and you could order additional items if desired. Highly recommend.

This charming and historic hotel is located in a quiet but convenient area. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Honestly the best aspect of this hotel is the staff; warm, accommodating, and thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay!

Very modern interior. Well designed. Great access to transit (metro, streetcar, regional rail). The free coffee/Expresso machine on the first floor didn't work.

What a delightful palazzo to stay in! Not only were the rooms immaculate (we stayed in the Deluxe Suite), but the artistic design evident everywhere was impressive! The suite was spacious with stunning art on the walls and ceiling. The location is perfect, with wonderful views, walkable to everywhere you'd want to go, and the staff are friendly and helpful! Close to public transportation (water buses/vaporettos) and shopping/restaurants, they also arranged a tour of the Murano glass factory with private transportation to and from the island. A lovely and wonderful experience. 5-stars indeed!

Excellent location and great service

Gorgeous historic property. This hotel has murals dating back to 16th century. Walked to St Marks which is about 30 mins. Loved staying here.
