This hotel is very recommended. Walking distance to the eatery and bakery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water dispenser is also available at lobby. Surely will come back again.

This is my second stay here, I like the clean and spacious HTL room. The entrance to the lobby is also locked at night, outsiders cannot come in and out as they please so the HTL lobby is kept clean

The hotel location is close to food hawker on Macalister street and in line with Cha Kue Tiau auntie red hat 😂. The room condition is spacious, clean, and complete. The hotel staff is also friendly.

Comfortable hotel and close to culinary places, next time I want to come back here

Check in/check out was easy and the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, including the bathroom. I've had enough rest after exploring the city of Georgetown and had a nice experience during my stay. One simple thing I appreciate was that the the hotel provide free drinking water for the guests in a dispenser in the lobby. So I could refill my water bottle every morning before I explore the city. And there was a scale near water dispenser to weight in the bagage so I could figure out how heavy it is before I went to the airport. I think it is a simple and yet thoughtful gesture. I will easily recomend Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. Thank you.
