The location is very strategic, all the necessities are available. As for the room, I was initially less impressed with its rather cramped condition (although if traveling alone it wouldn't be a problem). Everything is standard & quite clean. The bathroom looked poorly maintained, the faucet & spray need repair although still working. No soap, shampoo, toothbrush provided. There were damages that were left unattended such as loose electrical plugs, this is certainly dangerous. There was an incident that was quite surprising & unsettling, but from that incident I felt respect & appreciated how the staff handled it. They were very friendly & very helpful, even moving me to a room that was in better condition. Thanks to them.

Before heading to Prigen Safari Park, our family stayed at the Crystal Inn Pasuruan. The hotel was comfortable, with parking, a TV, and a water heater. Wi-Fi was good. There's a restaurant right in front of the hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly. For Wi-Fi, I was offered more than one password/device. The neighborhood is bustling, so if you like to snack, you'll definitely love it. There's an Indomaret, a pharmacy, the famous chicken noodle shop, a laundry, Tianlala, and more. So, this is in the city center, and it's also close to the town square. Unfortunately, the bathroom's cleanliness made me a bit uncomfortable. It looked unkempt, and the toilet made a gurgling sound every time I flushed it. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo aren't provided, so bring your own. The TV's sound often cuts out. Overall, I really liked it, except for the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was also clean.

My first stay in Pasuruan. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was incredibly dirty. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Overall, it's pretty good. The parking lot is so cramped that you have to hand over your car keys to the parking attendant. Your car will block other cars from exiting. So, if a car tries to exit, the attendant will quickly move the blocking vehicle first. Furthermore, the towels are pretty shabby. There are no toothbrushes available. The air conditioning is very cool; that's good.
