Twice stayed here
2 years ago the first time I stayed here, the staff were very friendly from arrival to departure, the security guards to the room service were all friendly and really okay, at that time I really intended to come back, the room was comfortable, the food was delicious too, when I arrived the car door was opened and helped me unload my suitcase, at that time I was driving a Rush car.
The second time at the beginning of the arrival, the security guard in front of the check-in section was the one who made me in a bad mood, maybe because this time I used a Sigra car, out of 4 people who entered, only 1 was checked using the detector 🫣 asked to help me unload my suitcase, he refused, let alone opening the car door, calling the female staff was really uncomfortable because the suitcases were heavy and there were a lot of them.
The atmosphere in my room is very different from the first time I stayed here, there is no wardrobe door for hanging clothes, no sink table, hair dryer in the wardrobe, the bathroom feels spacious because there is no partition from the shower to the sink but when I take a shower the water gets everywhere if I turn on the big shower
Wanted to borrow an iron at night, called twice but no one came, it turned out the stock was empty, it was still empty in the morning but it's okay, I'll bring an iron from home when I go there
The checkout process from the first to the second time was easy and fast, when checking out the staff were really friendly, they let me leave my suitcase and lent me a door card so I could stop by the mall and go back to the hotel to get my suitcase
