Staying at the Radisson was very comfortable, close to MBK Mall, making it easy to find everything you need. Furthermore, the facilities were excellent, and the service was excellent.

The hotel is great because it's directly connected to the mall, so you don't have to worry about buying food or drinks. The swimming pool is also clean and spacious.

The receptionist and security staff were very friendly and responsive, as my son forgot his phone during check-in. Finding food is also easy, as it's right next to the mall.

I stayed in room 614.
When I arrived, the shower was hot.
I called HK from my room, but the receptionist didn't answer. So I went down and had it fixed by HK. Another problem is that the toilet bidet is too strong, so it hurts when it touches your skin. I've turned it around and it seems to have worn off.
Please maintain the hotel equipment more frequently. Thank you.

The security guards are responsive, the receptionists are very helpful, the housekeeping is responsive and friendly, the restaurant service is the same as in a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is extraordinary.

Strategic location in the city center, near the mall. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, if you use GoCar or Grab, you still have to pay for parking even if you drop off passengers.
