We visited with a family of 4 (2 kids/adults). Amazingly kind staff, the room was pretty tidy. Breakfast was absolutely delightful with generous portions. Downside is the pull out couch bed wasn’t so comfortable for the kids.

Very helpful staff and good location. Whilst the room was one of those without a window, for a quick overnight stop this was fine. Checked in quite late as well and the staff were good communicating what to do.

We loved staying at The Hadley hotel. A hidden gem in a great location with sufficient parking facilities. Staff were super helpful and overall a nice overnight stay!

Great stay

Had a room in basement and could not sleep, bed and pillows did not suit me. Automated lights not good idea as go off whilst in shower and way too bright,got up in middle of the night and felt how a rabbit feels at night when it see the headlights. But hotel is great, staff excellent was my 2nd stay there and would use again but not have a room in the basement.

Excellent stay. Beautiful location. Miles on reception was very friendly, great at his job and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.... I'd definitely recommend...I'll certainly return another time. Thanks Hadley house!

Original features kept! Buzzing atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room had seen better days, stains on ceilings carpet dirty and head board should be thrown away. Breakfast and dinner could never get order correct always missing something or waiting for a meal

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and had air conditioning which was an absolute godsend. Beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and I wish I’d asked for the mattress make! Breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be staying again as it’s in the perfect location for getting the train into central London ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An excellent small hotel in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Helpful staff, very clean well equipped room, smart and attractive bathroom, very good breakfast, free parking on the adjacent road as well as a small three car parking facility on-site, very good value for money. Will visit again in the future

Nice hotel in a quiet area lovely breakfast and a friendly bar with great staff

Whilst the room was spotlessly clean, unfortunately it was in the basement below the bar/dining area which could be heard very clearly in the room. Noise did stop at 11.00pm but then restarted when breakfast started the following morning. The duvet was also slightly damp. Otherwise it was all okay and the staff were excellent.

My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The only thing I would say was that the twin room that I was in wasn't really suitable for business travellers as it didn't have a proper desk. I used the bar instead which was a little noisy. I discovered after going to bed that the smoke/fire detector had a red flashing light on it which illuminated the whole bedroom and disturbed me when going to sleep. Also the car park is not big enough for the hotel size, meaning I ended up leaving my car on the street. The food was excellent, both in the evening and at breakfast.

We stayed here as we were local to the area having moved away from London. Although our room was a little on the small side, it had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was so comfortable and there was air con in the room. The bathroom was modern and the shower was good. The overall appearance of this hotel is excellent and everything was spotless. We found the staff particularly friendly and helpful (shout out to Maria) and took pride in their customer interactions. The breakfast was a good portion size and cooked to order. We will return.
