Tidak diinform bagaimana menghidupkan air panas untuk mandi, sehingga selama 2 hari pertama kami mandi air dingin. Hari ketiga (sudah the last day) kami baru tahu bahwa ada saklar air panas di deretan saklar lampu. Tidak diinform juga dimana tempat sampahnya sehingga kami tidak tahu sampahnya harus dibuang kemana. Tidak diinformasikan juga berapa hari sekali kamar dan tempat tidur dirapikan. Sehingga selama 3 hari kami menginap disitu kamarnya sama sekali tidak pernah dibersihkan.

First night the air conditioning not function and room temperature very hot, second night moved to others unit with normal condition. No compensation for the first night from Apatel management. Very disappointed for this booking. Luckily got 100,000 rupiah voucher from agent.

only a walk away to the mall. very good location. room is good. they forgot to put some trash bin inside the room. hot water is not working. I stayed 2 days and the hot water only work once, for me. after that when my kids were going to take shower, no hot water. the owner is fast response, but the assistant is not. ask some question about parking, and stuff, he cant give a proper answer. no response about my complain on hot water. (+) next to mall, only a walk away (+) easy to find foods around (+) room can accommodate up to 5 pax, a lot extra pillows (-) hot water is worse (-) no trash bin (-) room assistant is not helping
