I once checked in based on a recommendation from a friend, at first I was doubtful but when I arrived at the hotel it was beyond my expectations. The hotel is cheap but not cheap and is very much a kids zone.

The location is quite far from the center of the crowd. Spacious room, hot water is only warm, enough, cleanliness according to price There is a garden above it and a river with lots of goldfish/koi, suitable for relaxing in the morning The downside is if you stay alone, the nights are scary, especially when there the swimming pool was out of water

Hotel without AC, because it is located at the foot of the mountain so it still feels cool, only in summer it seems like it still needs air conditioning. The room is quite stuffy because there are no windows, the water heater for bathing is not working, there is no kettle or tea/coffee maker. According to the price, yes .. Good enough but can be improved to be even better

first experience staying here, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the room for that price is pretty good, especially for a hotel. the hotel atmosphere is cool even though the room is without AC but it is already cold. I thought the hotel was small, when I went around the hotel it turned out to be big too, bonus beautiful view of Batu city. next time I want to come here again if I have a vacation to Batu

Since 2023 I have been a loyal PS customer every vacation to Batu, every 2 months I definitely stay here. But it turns out that my loyalty could not make PS appreciate me as a loyal customer. I was left waiting for hours sleeping in the Lobby & ignored by the RECEPTIONIST. Even though I was given a room with a floor that was still dusty, it stuck to the soles of my feet and turned black. While in * 3 & * 4 hotels they really appreciate their customers even though I am not a regular customer. That was the last time I stayed here, I better find another hotel that is of the same price but can still appreciate its customers !!!!!!

Great, good, okay, easy access, close to Selecta.

I am very happy to stay at this hotel because the staff are friendly, responsive, patient, check out time is also flexible because it is at the time of Dhuhur prayer, very understanding, the location is very strategic, the air is also very cold.. the room price is in accordance with the facilities.. hopefully it will be even better.

When we stayed (rented 4 rooms) there were 2 rooms that had no hot water. Then there were cockroaches in the room and the towels smelled of cockroaches. The parking was not organized.

I stayed there just for transit, the spring bed was soft. It was okay for us who were just transiting (sleeping and showering)

The service and cleanliness are very good, only here I chose a family room 5, it turned out the room was at the back, I thought it was at the front, so the location is a bit dark

The staff is friendly, there is hot water and a clean living area, there is a playground and swimming pool in the backyard, behind the hotel there is also a spring bathing place called Umbul Gemulo where the water is very clear, the hotel is close to the Kali Mawar koi fish market, it is highly recommended for finding a hotel with an affordable price in the Puten area, Batu.

I like staying here, but it's a shame that if you want to order food you have to go outside first😔

Very worth it hotel with a price of 300k for 4 people. In terms of comfort, it's comfortable, but maybe you should pay more attention to cleanliness, such as cleaning the cupboards so they don't get dusty, wiping the windows, the sheets are clean but have a bit of a musty smell, but that's okay because the smell is still tolerable, the smell isn't too strong. The rest is good, the staff is also friendly. Next time go there again🥰

At a price of 150, it's okay because it's only for one night, to rest after sightseeing in Batu City. Clean mattress. Room facilities adjust the price. There is a swimming pool. There is a garden at the top. The majority of buildings are old. Polishing it a little would definitely be better so it looks well maintained. And I was right when I found the closet which had lots of stains so it looked dirty. But overall I'm comfortable, only minus in the closet. Thank You. Hope to see you again at Palem Sari Hotel 👍👍
