The bathroom lights were off, the AC was off in the middle of the night, the hot water wasn't on, the bathroom hexos was off.

Terrible, uncomfortable. The room was unkempt, the rickety chairs were eaten by termites, and the lights were broken, making it dim, creating a spooky atmosphere. The blankets were stained. The toilet lid was off. We didn't get breakfast even though we rented two rooms. "I won't be coming back here again, I'm fed up." 🫩

Arrived at 1 a.m. and immediately checked in. I paid for executive room, but it felt standard, no wardrobe. Water was not provided, had to be requested. The bathroom was slippery. There was no TV channel to watch, only one. There was no Wi-Fi. Breakfast was just yellow rice and a round egg, a half portion I think. I was fed up, I didn't want to stay here. There were no slippers, soap had to be requested, and toothbrushes were not provided. The staff was not interested.
