Hotel near city center, cold AC, friendly service.

Staying at this hotel was truly memorable because the staff was friendly, especially the security guard. The breakfast was also delicious. My complaint is that the toilet seat lid was loose, there were no bolts, so please fix it immediately (I forgot the room number, but it was definitely on the 2nd floor, turn left from the stairs, the second room from the stairs). Apart from that, there were no complaints whatsoever. If I go to Purwokerto again, I will stay here again.

Checked in on April 12 at 3 pm, served by a very rude female receptionist, even though the security guard was very friendly, other facilities were okay, the receptionist was very rude, at least smile, like this one really doesn't smile, there's no 3S
