Overnight guests are not allowed to bring food from outside and are not allowed to borrow cutlery other than those provided in the room.

The room is strange, using kalsiboard and not soundproof.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process. They were very friendly.

The swimming pool for children is still quite deep, so it is not for children to play in.

The staff is friendly, the room has a beautiful view when you wake up and you can hear the sound of the rooster crowing from the room.

Parking is good, staff is quite helpful.

It's just so-so. Breakfast isn't a buffet.

The place is comfortable, clean, and has a luxurious interior. There's a swimming pool and the staff are very friendly. The food is also affordable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Same Hotel Lombok. The service was excellent. The room was cleaned daily. Mineral water was refilled daily, and there were gallon jugs and dispensers provided on each floor. I highly recommend staying here. 🩵

I had a very pleasant long stay at Same Hotel Lombok. The service was friendly, and they weren't fussy about check-in and check-out, or even about extending your stay, as long as they were informed. The room was cleaned daily without being asked. Mineral water, tissues, coffee, tea, and other amenities were provided daily. The price was also around 300, sometimes even under 300,000. I really liked SAME HOTEL Lombok 🩵

The hotel is relatively new, but it's poorly maintained. The receptionist didn't inform us whether the rooms were smoking or non-smoking. So, those who dislike the smell of cigarette smoke will definitely complain. The pool is poorly maintained. The price is standard. Even though there's no breakfast, cleanliness should be sufficient. Unfortunately, this hotel needs new, fresh management.

The hotel staff was very helpful, staying here for over two weeks and still feeling comfortable. Not all hotels in Lombok have daily room cleaning, but at Same Hotel Lombok, they do. They also try to accommodate other requests for guest comfort. Good job, Same Hotel. I'll be back, or at another Same Hotel in another city.
