The security guards and receptionists are very friendly and professional. The room is a bit small but has enough amenities, the bathroom is quite cramped, the projector is a bit blurry.

The room is clean, the owner is very friendly and supports me to check in in advance without charging extra fee. The room is clean, a bit small like a bedroom in a house, but the vibe is good, only the hot water is a bit small and runs out quickly in cold weather of 14-17 degrees, so hot water is indispensable. It's a small mini hotel with few floors, but at this price, the room is still okay. The hotel is in Cau Giay, right near Tran Duy Hung and To Lich River, across the road is Lang street, so it's easy to imagine. I went on a solo trip so the room was still okay. I only filmed a video so I don't have any decent photos, but my experience was quite smooth.

My room was quite small and the carpet had a bit of a musty smell. I know it's a cheap room for tourists but I think the hotel could improve a lot.

Cozy space, reasonable price, lovely and gentle staff!!!
