I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food quality was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The interiors were elegant, and all amenities were well-maintained, making the stay truly relaxing.

We got two British Cottages and a Luxury Room, overall it was a really pleasant stay. The staff is extremely cordial and supportive, especially Gyalchen, Deepan & Gowri. The room service was prompt and the vibe of the British Cottage was amazing. The stay included a free bonfire which we really appreciated. The restaurant is vegetarian, but the food is good. Staff was very courteous and responsive. The only issues we faced were that there was an stench coming from one of the bathrooms and it didn't go away even after significant airing. The floors and walls are also thin so we could hear people walking at night, can't be helped though since it's a 180 years old building and the charm made up for it. The location is great, and the staff really makes the experience really good. would definitely stay here again.

Today I stayed at Decline Uddan Hotel in Darjeeling. I had the pleasure of meeting Captain Saurabh, whose excellent management and hospitality made the experience truly memorable. The food at the hotel was exceptionally delicious and fresh. Every dish was full of flavor, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to others

Excellent property. Luxury view room and family luxury view rooms are superb. Food is also affordable and tasty. Don't go for buffet instead order food. Staff is also very friendly and helpful(imtiyaz and nasib) and kitchen staff is also very coordinating. Only one thing is that the geyser takes time to act. In 20-25 min only one person can take a bath. Can increase the holding capacity of geyser or install running one.

Nestled on the slopes this resort offers a stunning view of the valley below and of Mount Kanchenjunga. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The staff really go over and beyond to make sure the guests feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Bathrooms could be better. WiFi is available everywhere but I found it occasionally missing from my room. Got a Swedish massage from the spa. That was great too. The location is very peaceful. About 20 mins walk from the mall. But, beware, it’s a climb. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and will strongly recommend it to visitors.
