Amazing hotel!!! The only negative was that the roof and pool were not open, which was the main reason I selected it. However, the breakfast, the staff, and the room was all great.

Excellent staff, very helpful and took care of all our needs. Breakfast at the restaurant was great with a LOT of wonderful options. Staff was also helpful giving information about the food when I mentioned my egg allergies. The hotel is located in a pretty great spot just a couple of minutes away from the Acropolis by walk, with a lot of places to eat nearby. Only thing that didn’t meet our expectations was how small our room (double room with museum view) was with barely any space to keep our luggage (1 standard size carry on, and one large suitcase about 23kg), way too small for the price.

Great hotel in a central but quiet neighborhood. Wonderful staff and the breakfast is amazing. Walking distance to all main sights and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Air-conditioning thermostat in the room does not work. Freezing cold the first night. Beds are really lumpy. Pillow choice - either paper thin or hard as a rock.

The staff was so attentive and friendly. I asked for an extra blanket at 3am and it was delivered in less than 2 minutes and it was HEATED!! Wonderful place.

The hotel was an excellent surprise and a welcome refuge after spending two weeks on the move around the Saronic Gulf. I would definitely book it again.

Our stay at COCO-MAT Athens BC was excellent, and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Athens. The hotel's location is outstanding, situated just steps from the Acropolis and within easy walking distance of the Plaka district and many of the city's most important attractions. We rarely needed transportation during our stay, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. There are also numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, providing plenty of dining options throughout the day. The property itself is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and we were fortunate to have a balcony with a direct view of the Acropolis—a truly memorable feature that made our stay even more special. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options each morning. The overall service and experience met our expectations and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend COCO-MAT Athens BC to travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel that serves as an excellent base for exploring Athens on foot.

Great location. Upscale feel to the property. The restaurant and breakfast were great. Cannot forget that the shower and water pressure were great. Rooms were very comfortable. But, the location is the key if you are visiting the Acropolis.
