I had the opportunity to work in Hue and experience the service at Puple hotel. The staff is enthusiastic and comfortable, you can check in early. The location is convenient to move on the front of Nguyen Tri Phuong street, there is also a chill chill bar on the ground floor, the room is quite comfortable and environmentally friendly, however, there is no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient, but the space is airy, safe and clean. Will come back to stay next month ^^

Pros: extremely clean room, comfortable mattress, friendly and enthusiastic owner. Cons: noisy, room without table and chairs is a bit inconvenient

I was very lucky to accidentally book this home. The owner was super enthusiastic and showed me many fun places. The home decor is very stylish and feels cozy. Room is clean, fully equipped. Home is in the center so I can go to places quite close by. Rate home 9.5/10, the owner and the staff don't have 10 points but 🥰

Due to flooding, the room had to be vacated, but in return the staff were also lovely and provided dedicated support over the phone even though it was midnight 😂

We had a great experience, even tho we were a bit unlucky with the weather. This Hotel is very central and near almost all the local attractions! The staff was very friendly and helpful when help was needed.

Fully equipped, clean rooms. The receptionist was enthusiastic and open. The thoughtful hotel also prepares umbrellas for guests if they go out in the sun. The location is close to the pedestrian street, so it's easy to get around. First time coming to Hue and have so much love here. Will visit again.
