Lovely , clean , large room . Very comfortable bed . In a really nice area . Lots of shops , bars and restaurants close by and close to the promenade. A short walk to the Lowry which is where we went . Thoroughly recommended, will definitely stay again .

Great location easy check in

When we arrived 11pm instructions to get into hotel explained very well . When in room couldn’t find remote control for tv .Bed very comfy and large . We were woke up around 4am with the tv turning itself on and off . This kept happening until around 6ish . When we got up open curtains and remote control fell from window very strange . The shower in bathroom needs updated feels dirty shower head spits everywhere . Coffee machine and breakfast nice touch . Looked to speak to someone in morning but unfortunately no one around . I have contact property to let them know but no one has got back to me . Lovely location

Very nice hotel. Clean, well presented and in a perfect location. Only have the staff 3 stars as it was fully automated, didn’t actually speak to anyone !

Clean, quiet- very good

I had a an absolutely fabulous stay at the a Mode Hotel! The bed is so comfortable and staff when I spoke to them were so lovely and friendly. Fab idea having a vending machine too. Love the simplistic aspect and the warm welcome letter you get too. The room had a fantastic coffee machine too. Really fab thank you.

No on-site parking, but there is a very convenient carbpark just minutes away. Bars, restaurants and shops all within a shorr walk of the hotel.

Easy self check in, location right in the heart of town, decent size room and en-suite, nice to have bottled water provided even better if there had been a fridge to keep it cold. Only problem was the electric box above the door was humming/buzzing all night so I didn’t get any sleep!

Great communication from staff even though not on site. Booked last minute with good discount. Central location with views of the sea in the distance. Easy check in. Great stay would stay again.

Parked on the street free of charge. Great experience with keysafe and accessing property:rooms. Clean and well thought out rooms. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer, soft chair, dressing table area. Satisfied with grab and go breakfast ( we got a good deal) so had this then went out for breakfast at the Courtyard nearby. Very happy and will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Would prefer lower room rather than 2 flights of stairs due to mobility but overall very enjoyable.Close to bars and restaurants!

Good central location

Fantastic room and a lovely stay

Great central location and an overall very comfortable stay. The grab-and-go breakfast was a lovely added bonus that we weren’t expecting. We booked a roomy room and definitely weren’t disappointed — plenty of space and a super comfy bed, which meant we slept amazingly well. Self check-in was really easy and worked perfectly. We were a bit concerned about noise from the nearby pubs, but surprisingly the room was very quiet, with only a slight background hum. Cleanliness was good overall, though the room would benefit from a more thorough hoover around the edges. All in all, a great stay and we’d happily return.

The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
