We didn’t get our room cleaned, even though we had the little hanging sign outside our door. Also got locked in the toilets of the cafeteria downstairs, the locks should be checked and changed. The door had to be broken for me to get out.
Also, the sink in the room got clogged every time we used it, to brush our teeth even. And the pressure of the water in the shower was too low.

The swimming pool is really great. The only thing I was not pleased about was that I was in a box room when I opened the blind; I was looking into somebody's kitchen. So I could not open the blind through out the stay. The reception is clean and feels welcoming.

The best thing about the stay was the pool and jacuzzi. I had to move 3 rooms as they had multiple issues such as base boards broken and bad TV connectivity. The staff were helpful but there were some inconveniences.

Spa facilities were great, room was clean and functional. Unfortunately the room was loud, could hear the DLR, fridge made noise through the night and the pillows were too soft. Had an uncomfortable sleep

Room is clean. It’s the bed, I think mattress needs changing in 1011. And the map of car park should more clearer. I know it’s easy to instruct and follow if you know the place but if you’re not know the place it’s hard. Or maybe they need to include the photo of car park gate.

The room was very clean, and very comfortable bed. The shower was very good but on the small side as was the sink. The room was let down by lots of dirty scuff marks and flaking paint on the walls and there was a crack in the plasterboard as you walked in on the right which didn't give a good first impression.

Great friendly staff, clean hotel and room. Great facilities, pool, sauna and swimming pool. The gym was clean and had enough equipment and space. One of my favourite place to stay when I'm in London
