When we arrived at room 605, we checked in around 7:00 PM. After exiting the elevator, we were confused because there was a room with a door wide open. We looked around for the room number, but it turned out our room had a door wide open and unlocked. Okay, we went in anyway, turned on the light. When we entered, there was a used water bottle, a dirty bed cover with black marks, a damp, crumpled sheet and bed cover, and the bathroom curtain was very dirty. Finally, we called the receptionist. Me: Sir, this is my room, the door is wide open, is that how it is here? I've been around hotels, both in Jakarta, abroad, and out of town, but no one has a wide open door when checking in. Receptionist: Yes, it's like that here, sir. Me: Oh my, I see. Then there was a used drink bottle, a dirty, damp bed cover. I asked to change rooms. Finally, we were changed to room 607. It was a bit cleaner, but oh my, there was no remote, no cup lid, and the bathroom lights were dim. The room was damp and didn't smell good. The bathroom lights were dim. No glasses were provided. The hotel hallways are dark. Parking is paid. For Rp 300,000, it's a last-minute booking. I usually book at PIK and Hayam Wuruk, but they're very clean, smell good, and have great facilities. Please improve the hotel's condition.
