Very long corridor to access the room. Very small swimming pool.

Le lit était beaucoup trop mou. Dans la salle de bain la porte ouvre sur la toilette donc porte sur les genoux lorsque nous sommes assis. Manque de parasol sur la terrasse du restaurant. Incommodant lors du coucher de soleil au souper. Accueil et personnel bien et repas apprécié

Loved how soft the bed and pillows were as well as the wonderful shower. Loved the spa and pool and accessibility. Also having two restaurants in the hotel was a great benefit. The staff was really kind and helpful at check-in. I really enjoyed my experience.

It was nice and clean and the beds were comfy

Massive hotel. Nice bar as well as the restaurant with a wonderful staff. Tiny bathroom. Very noisy air conditioner. The room gets hot if you turn it off. Aside from that it's all good.

The staff is helpful and friendly.

This property is a top of a hill overlooking the seaway. You can observe a beautiful sunset. The rooms are very well appointed & the restaurant was not only convenient but the food was great. Have the Starbucks on the property was ideal for our morning coffee. Loved everything about it.

Very nicely renovated!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and for the most part bilingual which was super helpful. We stayed on our way to Halifax and on again on our trip back home to Toronto. Both times the stay was consistently great! Would definitely stay again!

This is a favourite stop for us on our way eastward and it never disappoints. Staff are welcoming, restaurants are efficient and the food choices delight the palate. As a real treat, book yourself a River view room.

Nice location near the river. Modern and clean. Great staff. Strange layout entering via the back doors. Couldn’t find the elevators and no indication where they are. Room comfortable, quiet, lovely king sized bed. Shower fixtures were a poor design with it being very difficult to slide the shower head up its support. Took a while to figure out how to operate the drain plug. Restaurant La Grille provided a good breakfast with good service although our relatively simple orders both had errors. Short distance to the ferry terminal where we saw a beautiful sunset and caught a glimpse of a beluga whale. Not far from there are some walking paths along the river.
