- Checked in a long time. Wait for the officer who is not stanby on the spot. - The refund process is complicated, at the beginning it is not informed that the refund must wait for operating hours at 10 am, whereas I have to check out at 6 am so the refund is transferred 3 days after check out. - Wifi facilities do not work properly - cheap quality mattresses, even though they are written 3 stars
