Bad service, wait for the long check-in because there is no FO, the sales officer is changing so it is difficult to confirm, no slippers, no towel hanger / The most surprised to be charged a 400 deposit that is refunded after 14 working days. Will not return to stay here.

Bad service, nunggu check-in lama karena tidak ada FO, sales officer ganti-ganti jadi susah untuk konfirmasi, tidak ada slippers, tidak ada hanger handuk/ Yang paling surprised dikenakan deposit 400 yang di-refund setelah 14 hari kerja. Tidak akan kembali untuk menginap di sini.
