My Points

I checked into a room on the 10th floor, but the receptionist said it was on the 8th floor. It made me go up and down the stairs. Then, during check-out, I waited forever and nobody said anything. When I asked again, the receptionist said it was ready and someone had informed me, even though I waited a long time and nobody said anything. Overall, the service was terrible.

Check-in phòng ở tầng 10, lễ tân bảo tầng 8. Làm di chuyển lên xuống. Đoạn check-out ngồi chờ mãi không ai nói gì, lại hỏi thì lễ tân bảo dạ xong rồi có người báo rồi, trong khi chờ mãi chả có ai nói gì. Nói chung dịch vụ tệ :)))

I checked in early but the hotel was free for me and upgraded the room to a better room for me. Thank you! Room is clean, nice, panoramic view over the city. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. The pool is extremely beautiful, the location is good near restaurants, minimarts, .... so there's no need to go far.

Bữa sáng ngon, nhân viên thân thiện. Hồ bơi view cực kì đẹp, vị trí đắc địa gần các nhà hàng, minimart, .... nên không cần phải đi đâu xa.
