Recently spent four night at the S Hotel Kingston. My stay was quite pleasant. I booked a deluxe king room, and the room and bathroom were clean and nicely appointed. I was very comfortable in the hotel as a solo female traveler. The bed was a little too firm but was doable after the first night. The staff were helpful. friendly and very personable. My only complaint would be the daily breakfast buffet which is included. It was more or less the same thing each morning, became quite old by the third morning. Also if you are vegan your choices will be very limited.

The staff were very welcoming and professional every though we arrive very late in the evening. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast (included in the cost of the room) was very nice. This was our third stay here and won’t be our last.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff, great food and clean hotel. I also liked the central location. Very close to many food spots (KFC a must have in Jamaica) and Devon’s house near by. There is also a grocery store located directly across the street. I would stay here again!!

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient. The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back!
