On our last night we noticed that the room is infested with green cockroaches and everything is old and rusty.

A great hotel. It is clean, spacious with friendly staff. The ocean views was beautiful. Highly recommended

A Perfect Getaway at The Reefs Resort & Club I had the pleasure of staying at The Reefs Resort & Club in Bermuda, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views from the cliffside rooms that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The resort’s private pink sand beach was serene and beautifully maintained—a perfect spot for relaxation. The dining experience was another highlight. Coconuts, the beachfront restaurant, offered delicious meals with an unbeatable ambiance right by the water. The food quality and service were exceptional, making each dining experience memorable. What truly sets this resort apart is the attentive, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The personalized service added a special touch to the stay, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave.

Enjoyed the stay here with my girlfriends. Friendly staff and right across from the local bus stop. Amazing views!

Beautiful resort in a fabulous location

This was our 5th time staying at The Reefs over 20 yrs. 3rd Christmas in 6 yrs. Obviously we love it. Oh-it has quirks-things that make it feel comfortable and homey. The location is out this world. One of the most beautiful beaches you'll see and very safe for kids. The staff is very professional, never fussy...more "British" less Disney. We barely left the resort and found the food to be consistently good. There is a specific charm to this property and experience. The owner is very present and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome.

I like the staff's proficiency. The room needed renovation which will will be initiated in 2025.

The property is very beautiful. The room was very nice, clean and we had a beautiful view as we were cliff side. A wonderful overall experience.

Stay was great. Everyone at resort was friendly specifically the cook with the colorful shirts and Charmaine the front desk lead. The food was good I would say the only downside was the WiFi it was very spotty and made it hard for us to FaceTime our children.

We enjoyed our stay! The room we had was great with stunning views and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Some room for improvement is the portion sizes at the restaurant, for what you’re paying, they should be more. Also the wifi was very poor and constantly disconnecting.

It’s a very nice hotel. Clean and good service. We enjoyed the privacy and the reef/beach.

We visited for 4 days in December. The view was amazing! IThe crystal clear turquoise water at their beach was brisk in December but we still swam in it each day. The most delicious free breakfast was available each day, I loved the coconut French toast and the avocado toast. They also free have sandwiches and tea each day from 4-5. We had dinner at the clubhouse and aqua terra and lunch at coconuts and every meal was DELICIOUS!! The service from every employee was a 10/10!!! We rented an electric car literally right across the street and explored the island one day. Beds were comfortable and falling asleep listening to the waves each night was amazing! Each room has a view and the pool, restaurants and beach were all centrally located. We hired a taxi for airport pickup through the hotel but not necessary next time. There are plenty at the airport and it’s also a lot cheaper just to grab one when you land. Horseshoe bay was.a 3 minute drive away but our favorite beach that we found was jobson’s cove about 5 minutes away.

The location on a cliff overlooking the turquoise water and white/pink sand beach was amazing. The lodging room was excellent and the hotel restaurants were some of the best we’ve ever experienced in our 50 years of travel visiting 47 countries. But what was most incredible was the incredible customer focused service we received from virtually every employee. It was absolutely superb!

Just enjoyed 5 days at The Reefs over the Thanksgiving break. The service was excellent, loved the breakfast buffet every morning. A huge plus is the amazing beach on property with the crystal blue water. Look forward to returning.

Staff and all the people on Bermuda are the friendliest people anywhere. Breakfast and the spread for tea were included and delicious. Highly recommend!!

We went to celebrate our 40 th anniversary and it was a perfect choice !! Very serene atmosphere and the view was amazing from our bedroom . Best place to rewind and relax. Staff wee very friendly and polite and very happy . Have no complaints.
