I loved the space here and mostly its location since it’s in the heart of the city. Almost everything is easily accessible.

Everything was okay apart from that one Irene(waitress)who’s been working evening these days. She needs Lifeskills lessons. She’s rude when interacting with clients

Staff was superior among the hotels I've visited. The first room I was checked into had no water, but they immediately moved me into another room. It is an older hotel, which I assumed was glorious when it first opened. That sad part is that the owner doesn't keep up with the maintenance of the hotel. But I was there to sleep and visit the beautiful country of Uganda. So this is a great place to stay with that in mind. I also wished they had kept the pool cleaned and working, as I would have really enjoyed cooling down in it as this trip was very hot. I will stay there again because of the staff and cleanliness. I really recommend this hotel.
