The hotel was beautiful and perfect location in old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely comeback and recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Plaza Grande. The location is excellent and lots of shopping nearby. Easy access to historical sites. The staff is very attentive and go out of the way to make your stay extra comfortable. The room is very spacious and free wine and chocolates were appreciated! Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent

The location is OUTSTANDING - right across the street from the Presidential Palace. So convenient for walking, eating, enjoying the city. Quiet too! The staff is outstanding and we couldn't walk in or out of the door with the best service ever. We love this hotel!

Great hotel! Truly excellent service - whatever I needed they provided. Much of the staff spoke good English also, for any travelers who don't have great Spanish. Highly recommend :)

Nice hotel, great staff but nothing inside the hotel for that price! Breakfast very poor! And the access to the hotel not easy!

The location in historic town center was very convenient to sites and excursions, however it was noisy at night. The church bells rang at 3am, etc...which interrupted a good night's rest. The room was spacious and had a lot of charm-the king size bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. There was one concierge throughout our stay (he checked us in) who was very attentive, helpful and professional...wish we remembered his name. It was nice to have the restaurant in the same building as the room. The food was decent.
