When you pay for a Club Room you do get a top floor room however their bar is on floor 25 and very loud until 2am every night. So you pay more for a room you are unable to rest in. Once you get moved far enough away from the floor your stay will be amazing. Great brunch, quiet pool, clean facility.

The staff was amazing very helpful and accommodating! Views were amazing in the room and the room was spectacular!

Our stay at Downtown Rotana was wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the souk, giving you an immediate taste of local life, culture, and energy. You can step outside and be surrounded by shops, local eateries, and the everyday hustle and bustle of Manama—yet the hotel itself remains calm, clean, and comfortable inside. The food options were excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We loved that the property felt modern and upscale without being disconnected from the authentic Bahrain experience happening just outside its doors. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends comfort with proximity to local culture, Downtown Rotana is an ideal choice. Highly recommend.

Appears they have a problem with the card system. Had to go every day 2-3 times to get new cards as either incorrect programming or inexperienced receptionist. Shall not happen in 5 star hotel. And believe that saying sorry the problem is solved. The breakfast okay, omelette average. The expensive roof top bar didn't have Campari? The guest lounge club didn't have breakfast nor lunch food. Just coffee and fruit. At the evening was okay. Anyhow, far from 5 star with a club lounge.

I am very disappointed with Rotana. They downgraded my confirmed and paid booking with a promised refund that never materialised. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and was surprised on check-in that the room was stinking of smoke. They kept telling me theybare contacting hotels.com and kept postponing until I checked out. Also, unfortunately the room was they put us in, we had concern with the bathroom cleanliness.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just near the shopping areas and gold souk. It has food options as well as mini supermarket. It is a very safe and bustling area and there are lots of things to do. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and modern. The room was spacious and had all facilities as expected. Only issue I noted was that the shower door requires a better seal on the bottom of the door so that water does not seep out into the main bathroom floor when having a shower.
