Hostel is very nice with nice breakfast and nice service. The price is high compared to 3 stars hotel and I hop they will make it more reasonable. The front rooms is noisy and is better to book backside rooms Hotel is near to many restaurants and mall

Very good value for money, the hotel is very well located, there is a mall right in front of it. The staff is super helpful and positively responded to all of our requests, and we had quite a bit of them including printing, room changes, access to the restaurant outside of opening hours etc. It's also very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that my first room must have had some piping problem and there was a smell in the bathroom. But then I changed the room, which resolved the issue.

Apart from the good location, it was one of the poorest places I ever stayed in. My room was spacious but very poorly maintained (see pictures). No safe, water pressure was very low and I felt lucky when hot water dripped... Aircon was so noisy that it even managed to wake me up (and this is really a tough job...). During 2 days they just forgot to replanish soap and one day I came back and found that I don't have a towel. Calling the reception, I was told that the cleaning lady will come only in the morning... I decided to start searching the hotel by myself, found an empty room and "cleaned" it from towels and soap, so I managed to shower that day. The corridor smelled like a public urine at times. Not a pleasent smell coming back after a day of meetings. No iron is available for guests, and again, the solution was to wait till morning for the Laundry person (I decided to skip this service and improvised). Breakfast was simple as expected from a 3 star hotel, although every day there was a new surprise from the kitchen... One day the poached eggs were a bit green, one day plates were missing and any other day something else was missing... in conclusion, it was a real adventure - stay away from this place.

This is a nice hotel to stay at and my rating could have been higher. I love that there are not too many rooms it is therefore not crowded. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and fashioned in what seems to be Roman/Italian motif. There is also a readily available gym. They have managed to offer in my view the essentials for a good experience hotel. Everything fits neatly in the building and offers guests a very cozy and home type of feeling. They are also uniquely located right in front of Belas Shopping Mall, offering guests a 3 minutes walk to shops and cinema. The level of service offered by the staff is acceptable. There is however a clear lack of better managerial attention on site. The small details are what matter. The recent negative experience that I had was with main entrance automatic doors that were closed and had been for several days. If management could did not bother to sort it out quickly enough and guests were forced to use the service entrance. I was not too impressed by the breakfast offer either. This can and should be much better to make justice to the quality and location of this hotel. Having said this I have not tasted lunch nor dinner here. Channel offer on TV, Wifi, the mini-bar, room service, and in room dinning, are all things they will have to improve immediately to justify the price being charged for accommodation, but above all to make them stand out when compared to other similarly sized hotels. All in all it is an acceptable experience.

Apart from the venue being in a good area. The rooms were shocking and there was no hot water. There was an aircon but it hardly worked and the food was very poor and cold. No service to speak of. I would not recommend thosnhotel to anyone.
