Room was decent. Bathroom needs upgrading though. Shower is terrible. Bathroom tap also needs to be upgraded

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, so there was hardly any noise. The room was large enough, but the bathroom can do with a bit of updating, it was clean, just a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, it might be a bit helpful to have a menu so that people can order, rather than just verbally listing whatever is available to someone( this could just have been a one off as my stay was during the COVID-19 epidemic). There is ample parking with secured entry. check out was unremarkable- quick and efficient.

I am not happy about the fact that I got in a day alter due to flight delays and I was still charged for Tuesday night. They said Expedia had charged me and there was nothing they could do about it.

The cleaning was outstanding and the staff was very helpful at all times. The surrounding is also very peaceful and relaxing.
