We spent 3 nights at the hotel and had an excellent experience! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was EXCELLENT including a fun slide for the kids (and adults). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great amenities - shampoo and conditioners were lovely. The breakfast for purchase was excellent. Lots of options - even for our family who are gluten free. Overall, I would book our next stay in Winnipeg at this hotel without question. Highly recommend.

Was a terrible stay, I booked in advance and was booked for a stay on the 5th floor but once I arrived The lady at front desk changed my room for some odd reason and I was put on the 2nd floor. The room smelt absolutely disgusting like urine and feces and like a wet dog only for me to realize the next day they had lut me In a pet friendly room on the second floor. Im furious will never stay there again becasue I was clearly profiled for being native so they put me in their most disgusting room. Do better.

Well, the staff were great Enter the room It was nice and clean. Everything that we wanted was all in there. It was a good stay.

Weather was amazing, hotel rooms are big and clean. The restaurant is until 12 midnight, there’s a good spread on breakfast, gym is big, pool area got slides and jacuzzi- awesome hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, peaceful, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful getaway.

when booking with Expedia it is good but understand this when you check in to the hotel they tell you that the free breakfast is no longer free and it will cost you $14.00 per person x that buy 4 that's $56.00 so you might as well book with the hotel and get the free breakfast for up to 4 people with your booking

This hotel was fabulous. It was easy to get to and parking was good. The staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful. We stayed in a premier king room. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom had extra amenities as well as a powerful shower. We had access as well to the club lounge where we got an evening snack and a continental breakfast the next morning. It was a very quiet hotel. We would highly recommend travellers to book this hotel and we definitely will be back!

This is our favourite hotel in the city, the amenities, location, cleanliness, and parking are all important and immaculate! The swimming pool with water slide is one of the best features for children, and as well as the gym and equipment. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the area is quiet and perfect for a restful sleep. Thanks!
