Great food in the casino, clean room , comfy bed.

The staff are very nice and very respectful. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast and complementary snacks are very good!

I really enjoyed everything about the stay

The room that we were in, the air conditioner was so loud that when it would come on, it woke us up. Like a compressor that was working too hard. It also did not cool off the room. Set at 69 we were still too hot. Overall, the hotel was good. The casino had a good restaurant with good pricing and good food.

The hotel was very nice- very clean and comfortable rooms! The bedding felt luxurious and the bathroom was very clean, Our only complaint was only one working elevator when the hotel is very busy! The hotel itself is very nice.

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Only downfall was only 1 working elevator for all 14 floors... It was nice having everything in one place since the weather was so bad.

Clean nice room, Air conditioner didn't work, so a fan was offered or change rooms. I had put all my stuff out, and would have repacked everything so chose the fan. Should have changed room.

This hotel has everything going for it. Renovated large rooms with nice beds, bathroom, coffee maker and fridge. The hotel has a lounge on the 9th floor that serves free drinks in the afternoon till 8 pm and free continental breakfast in the morning. There is a lounge in the lobby and 2 restaurants , one of which is in the casino. The casino has great food, especially Thursday night which has a prime rib special for $25. Better prime rib than the Keg and cheaper, comes with fresh vegetables,Yorkshire pudding, fresh mashed potatoes, and a huge piece of prime rib. The casino is medium sized with great staff. The desk staff is efficient and friendly. All in all, a great place to stay.

We are regulars here and have stayed here many times over the years. The staff are exceptional and a special thank you to Jester at the front desk and Patricia at the Club Lounge for making our visits great. I however would like to mention that the property seemed more run down this time. We had booked 5 rooms and all of us felt like there was a funny smell as soon as we entered the rooms. Like old or damp. The AC also had issues. Just the overall cleanliness was missing and the need for better property maintenance was quite obvious. The bathroom handles were loose; the bathtub was old and run down and the beds did not feel comfortable. Our other experience was that the Club lounge was totally skimping on quality and quantity. Way less items were offered which was sad to see. We had also asked for NO PORK/PIG products but the very first evening we were met with only one hot food item offered and this was "Pork dumplings". Inspite of the reminder, there was only bacon for breakfast the first morning. The quality of hard drinks being offered was also not the same. Patricia requested for chicken sausages for breakfast the following day which we are grateful for, but these were hard and dry. The cheesy scrambled eggs were good. When we booked through Expedia, it showed us all a confirmed rate of $418 total per room for 2night stay (Club level) but upon check out all of us got charged $425.92. I feel like our guaranteed prices were not honored and the hotel was unable to do adjust

The room was clean but the floors in bathroom and foyer need to be repaired.

Parking lot had homeless people? Sleeping in their cars...mess all around cars. Told front desk...said they would call security. Lady at check in was a bit abrupt, not welcoming with a smile etc. Everyone else was very pleasant.

Location was good. Was given a room in the old original section. Very dirty, old furniture and bef. Had a tower room during my previous stay so assumed I was booking simlliar. No mention ad well witb Expedia booking I was getting an older room. Very dissapointing and left me feeling ripped off. .

I felt like the check in could’ve been better. Employee was not overly friendly. Other than that loved everything else. Will stay at this hotel again!!
