Great stay. Enjoyed the pool and casino.

Ac was not working, always something at this property! No body says hi or thank you or your welcome. Just nothing good to say about the operation.

The room was a bit musty smelling ans our air conditioner was broken

Hotel was good, clean and a convenient location. It’s been renovated but I did find it to be not very sound proof, people in the hallway sound like they were inside your room. They also stuck us in a room right next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down which was very annoying.maybe because we got a deal through Expedia. I’d stay here again but make sure I had a different room.

Club room was nice

There was poop on the toilet seat in our room when we checked in. We called housekeeping and asked to be moved. Then we waited well over an hour and had to call a second time. Finally almost two hours later a lady came and moved us. Disgusting.

My husband and I had a great time. Great service. Great food!

The staff were great, rooms were clean and comfy. Lower level is a bit dated, but whatever. You sleep with your eyes closed, and the room itself was nice. Water pressure in the shower is hit and miss, and will go from luke warm to scorching hot in a snap, so be ready to dive out of the way! Overall, everything was excellent

Fantastic stay. Dined at Hiy's - it was amazing, far surpassing whatever expectations we might have had!

Room is very dated. Torn blinds, tv not working properly, fridge extremely loud high pitch and bathtub plug/drain broken. Beds and bedding were comfortable. No fan in bathroom so steams up quickly. Pool area quite dated. Hotel is in need of a few updates. Hallway to room was extremely dirty and def not vacuumed during the stay. Loose dirt and wrappers visible

We enjoy staying on the Club level and taking advantage of the Club Lounge. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lounge is convenient and serves great Appetizers in the evening and breakfast in the am. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Love the bed in the King Standard room…even though it is a walkup…everything was great!!
